unable to download

i cannot download anything from the net. When i click on download now,
nothing happens, this happens at all the sites i`ve been to. i never had this
problem before today. Thanks for any help .

I would try clearing all files from %TEMP% folder, and restart. (start/run,
type %TEMP%)
