unable to download pics from dig. camera

I have a gateway computer with windows XP home edition we
have multiple user account I can download pics directly
from my dig. camera on my daughters account but when I
log on to my account & plug the dig. camera into the usb
port it will not bring up the screen that asks me what I
want to do with the pics. Can anyone tell me what to do
to fix this.

Have you downloaded the camera software to your account.
It is possible that the software when installed did not install to on all
accounts.
