Unable to Download MS Office templates

Hi:

Help! I am unable to download any MS office templates from my browser.
When I click on the download button, nothing happens. The button just
depresses - that's it. What can I do to accept downloads via my browser?

Browser: IE
System: XP

So? Within this topic, are there not database templates?
I have been able to download database templates but can anyone tell me how
to save them to my HD PLS?
