Unable to download Java

I need help, when I download Java, after it begins to download about 3
minutes later it says: error 1606 could not access network location, and
asks, retry or cancel, i retry, but the same window pops up. So I cancel, and
of coarse Java does not download. I need help please, I would greatly
appreciate it. Thanks
