Unable to download date from server message

Everytime I open a new Internet Explorer window or a pop-
up window is opened I get a dialog boxthat says:

"Unable to download date from server 63236
A connection with the server could not be established"

Then I get another box that asks me to Select a
discussion server which has a Drop down menu and then
some checkboxes.
 
Post a URL. (E.g. copy whatever is in Address bar, if you don't know
what is starting the request.)

It sounds as if you are trying to use a non-HTTP service with IE.

Also try changing your Home Page to About:Blank
while you are diagnosing your problem.
