Unable to DL movie maker to Comp.

When i download Windows Movie maker 2.0 from http://tinyurl.com/6vp4g
and save to my desktop to open later,it estarts to DL the files from it
then i get a message that pops up saying ''Windows movie maker 2 can only be
installed on the microsoft windows Xp operating system''. Now i dont no why
this shows up becuase my comp is powered or going by windows Xp. Any reasons
why this is happening?
 
Are you saving it to the same place as MM2.1?
Is it a legit copy of XP?
