Unable to delete trial version

I downloaded a trial version of Internet washer Pro and
delteted all files associated with it, but when trying to
remove the .exe file it says that the it's unable to
delete and that the disc is either in use or write
protected. I restored the delete files thinking that may
casue the problem but I still get the same error mesage.
Can anyone tell me how to delete a file as such?

Applications should NEVER be deleted.
Instead they should be removed by using Add/Remove Programs or the
uninstall utility of the application.
Try installing the application and then using Add/Remove Programs ort
its own uninstall utility.
Otherwise contact the manufacturer for uninstall information.

You are supposed to remove unwanted programs by going to Control
Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
