unable to delete program

want to del program from comp so i can install newer version del from
add/remove programs but still having problems there is a way off del totally
from comp so it has no memory of the program on the computer can anyone tell
me how to do it plz

If you want to install a newer version then you probably don't need to delete
the older version.

If you already uninstalled the old version then go to C:\Program Files and
delete the program's folder. You can also go into the registry and start
deleting the old programs entries but I recommend you contact the program
vendor if you are still having problems installing it.
