Unable to delete/move mail or collect new mail Unknown Error 0x08004060C

I had the same problem. Go to google.com and search for
pst19upg. Download and explode the zip program. Follow
the instructions in the txt file closely. The program
basically exports/imports the pst file. When it imports
the corrupted emails are removed.
