Unable to Copy to Clipboard or drag and drop

When I start Outlook 2003, copy and drag and drop works fine. But after a
period of time, I can’t copy anything to the clipboard from Outlook,
including email text or messages. The only unique situation I can think of
is when I last re-imaged by hard drive, I used Microsoft’s Office backup and
restore utility. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I don;t think it's backup and restore - I'm not sure drag and drop is
related, but something is definitely goofy with clipboard. Mine doesn't work
half the time either and I haven't figured out why. It might be an addin or
utility in any of the office programs that is at fault.
