Unable to connect using PPPOE Connection

I have an issue, Whenever i try to set a new PPPOE connection, it shows up as
Dialup connection. I checked the network card and there are no bangs. Went to
the property of the connection and under networking it shows Point to point
over ethernet. Whenever i right click . i get options create shortcut.
rename,properties,disable. I created a shortcut and placed it in desktop and
i rightclicked on it , Status and connect are greyed out.

Tried new user account
Deleted rasman keys 25 and 26
System restore failed
SFC /SCANNOW done
