Automate PPPoe connection at statrup

I have a PC that will be unattended when it boots up for the day. It uses a
broadband PPoe connection and I would like it to connect on its own when it
logs in. is there any way for me to automate the PPPoe authentication so
that the network is present once the logon process is complete.

I will be using the resident PPPoe dialer.

I found the answer to my problem in another iscussion thread.

The right track is to add your network connection to the startup. This
alone will not do however. Once in the startup under the properties of the
connection, you must also remove the checkmark on 'prompt for certificate &
password'. This allows the connection to happen automatically.
