Unable to connect to windowsupdate.com

I have followed all the blaster instructions and I don't
have the virus acording to my virus software (which has
the latest update).

I PC is nor rebooting by it self, I have had my PC
firewalled for some time now and always have the latest
updates for both virus software and firewall.

I have been on this for 12 hours now and I'm getting very
frustrated.

Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

windowsupdate.com was terminated earlier today in order to thwart the
Blaster worm.

Thanks RJT but I'm still getting the same message as
before.

It's like it's not reckagnising I'm running windows XP.
