I started getting the following error message when I use Microsoft
Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express to send e-mail on one of my WinXP
computers:
Unable to connect to the server. (Account: '<my_account>', SMTP
Server: '<my_SMTP_server>', Error Number: 0x800ccc0e).

I tried re-installing MS Office, shutting down firewall, adware
protection, virus protection, but to no avail.

My other computer can send messages via the same SMTP server just
fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
