I have several machines on a simple Home LAN. I have no microsoft exchange.
I have recently moved from Netscape 7.1 to Outlook 2003. I have several
email accounts. All are working fine except my IMAP account
([email protected]). I think that I have set up the IMAP email account
with
the same values used within Netscape 7.1. Yet, when I try to collect mail
from it, I get the messages:
Task 'Netscape: Folder:Inbox Check for new mail.' reported error
(0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook is unable to download folder Inbox from the IMAP
e-mail server for account Netscape. Error: Unable to connect to the server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator
or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on Netscape.' reported
error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook is unable to download folder (null) from the
IMAP e-mail server for account Netscape. Error: Unable to connect to the
server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Could somebody tell me what setting I should change? Thank you.
