unable to connect to Exchange 2000 server

Could please help to connect to Exchange server 2000.
I'm using Outlook 2000 (windows 2000) and when I try to
enter my logon and my password the system blocked Error :
Impossible to find correspondant for this name network
problem..... "
So I removed TCPIP protocol and reinstall it the same
problem. When I try to ping the Exchange server it's OK.
I removed my profile and I put new one the same problem
when I try to check my logon with the Exchange server.

Any help to solve this problem will be appreciated. Thanks

Are you able to configure Outlook on another workstation successfully with
the same user details
 
Yes of course I'm able to connect from an other worstation
with same access it's really strange!!
 
Can you then on the dodgy workstation configure a profile for another user
