Unable to clean your free/busy information on the server

Confused

Hello,

I've scoured the newsgroups for days to find a solution to
this, to no avail. Please help:

Exchange 2000/SP3 Windows 2000 Server/SP4 environment.
Clients run Win2k Pro with Outlook 2000. Out of 100
users, only ONE has this problem.

When someone tries to schedule a meeting with him, his
attendee availability is "not available." Yes, we have
checked his Tools, Options, etc to set the time to 12
months. Didn't help.

Someone suggested running the /cleanfreebusy switch,
that's when he gets this error:
"unable to clean your free/busy information on the server"

Yes, I have checked under System Manager to make sure
replication is set up and working properly. Remember,
only 1 out of 100 people has this problem.

Any ideas are sincerely appreciated.

Hello

i have seen the clean your free/busy error many times,

by running outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy has always fixed it.

you should try running that on both the problem users pc and the other pc
your using to test scheduling.
