I Have Windows Vista, And I have not found a way to burn Cd's to MP3 format.
I CAN burn standard format, however. I have ripped CD's to MP3 format, so I
should think that when I burn a disc that was ripped to MP3 format it would
burn it to disc in the same format, but it doesn't. Can anyone tell me what
I'm doing wrong?

When you burn a CD in Media Player, files on the CD are always in CDA
format. Same as a commercial CD you buy at a store. That's the standard and
that's why you're limited to 80 minutes.

If you want to make an MP3 disk, you leave Media Player out of the picture
and just drag or burn the files over to the CD in Explorer. You can get
about 12 hours of music on a CD that way. But it will only play in stereos
that support the MP3 format.
