Unable to archive w/Outlook 2003

I am unable to Archive w/Outlook 2003 to a Outlook 2000 pst. I can drag items
to the archive folder but unable to Auto Archive, get error "error while
archiving folder "inbox" in store "UserName". You are attemtping to archive
your data to a Microsoft 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst) which is a
non-Unicode data file." Microsofts knowledge base says their is a
post-Office 2003 sp1 hotfix but the hotfix is nowhere to be found. I am using
Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Did you try renaming the old archive .pst file and creating a new one in
Outlook 2003 format with Unicode support?
