The dates for archive settings are based on when last modified. I have gone
through the process of creating a "modified" field in the Folders and notice
that some of the messages read "None". I think this is probably a result of
recent d/l of Outlook 2003 and importing existing emails from the Outlook
Express that I was previously using. Does this seem like the reason for the
"None" in Modified field?
When I select to archive prior to a specific date these messages marked None
are not moved. Is the best recourse to drag them into the Archive Folder and
will this format (.pst) the files the same as using the Archive mode?
