Unable to apply updates

I have 5 Windows 2000 servers in my enterprise and I can update 2 okay. The
others will not allow me to install updates. When I try, I get an error
stating that I do not have permission. I am the admin! What am I missing?

I am the domain admin.

I found that the problem was the GPO of the OU. The local machine had all
of the proper rights, but the GPO didn't and that is what was loaded. Thanks
