Unable to Add/Remove Components - unable to open wordpad.inf

When I try to Add/Remove Windows Components I get the following error message:

Setup was unable to open information file wordpad.inf.

Contact your system administrator. The specific error code is 0xe0000100 at
line 0.

Please help.

Okay, I get that part, but I'm not sure which file from the installation disk
I need to expand.
