Unable to add existing computers to new domain

When I attempt to join a newly created domain-I receive
an error message stating "the credentials supplied
conflict with an existing set of credentials. The have
gone from a workgroup to a domain...Any asstance is
greatly appreciated!!!

Try going to a command prompt and tpye net use * /delete and then enter.
Then try joining domain again.

I would make sure that the Computer name is nowhere in
active directory( Computer Container or any OU you might
have made). If by chance that same computer name is in
Active Directory you will need to delete it and replicate
to other domain servers, or just name the computer a
different name.
