Unable to add contacts to address book

I'm using Outlook 2002 SP-1 on Windows 2000 Pro with the
SBS 2000 version of Exchange I'm no longer able to add
contacts to my address book.

Actually, it appears that new contacts are added, however,
they aren't displayed. If I try to add the same contact a
second time, I see a message box indicating a duplicate
contact so I think the problem is that the new records
aren't being displayed.

Any ideas?

You don't add entries to the address book view.
You add them to a Contacts Folder.
