unable to access Window Update.

Hello:
I haven't been able to access to Windows Update or
microsoft.com web site since Thursday Sept. 04. Does
anyone know what has been happening? Thanks.

Thank you, Christ. No Blaster virus found in my system.
Running tracert, it traces route to windowsupdate at the
address 207.46.249.61 until time ran out. Is it possible
that my system has been infected by a new virus?
MPSReports file was sent to microsoft support site, still
waiting for answer.

Have you found the solution for "unable to connect to
metabase"? I too get that. I DID have the blaster
virus, but thought I got rid of it. Any tips?
