Unable to access updates page

New pc with XP Pro, had a few problems setting up raid 1 ,, now, when I try
to check for Win updates using either Express or Custom, I get a screen
that says " The website has encountered a problem and is cannot display
the page you are trying to view. "

Error # 0x80248011

I have tried Last known good config, but still the same..?????

When searching for available updates on the Update site, you receive the 0x80248011
error.

You may receive an error message when you search for available updates on the Windows

Interesting. Your second tip produced the very "I can't display that page"
error!
