Unable to Access Site

I am having difficulties accessing one particular site.
It comes up as default asp at the end of the address and
does nothing. I have tried what I think is almost
everything with no joy. Could somebody give me some ideas.

What site is it? the only thing u can do is contact the
administrator of the web site.
