Unable to access Outlook Express after installing Service Pack 2

I downloaded Service Pack 2 and now when I try and access Outlook Express, I
keep getting an error message saying "Main domain not shown, identity log
in." I am unable to even get in Outlook Express to try and change settings.
I do not know what the "idenity log in" or password is. I always just turned
out the computer and was able to access Outlook Express without any log in or
password. I've tried doing different logins, but nothing is working. I
don't know what they want and I don't know a password (daughter set up
computer for me).

I've tried calling both my ISP (SBC) and Dell and neither can seem to fix it
(Dell says they can try, but they want $75 to even attempt any fix --
computer is about two years old).

Basically, I have a lot of email stored on on Outlook Express and I need to
access it.

Please let me know if there's any way I can figure out this "identity log
in" and password problem. Thank you so very much for any help.
