Unable to access links contained in Outlook messages

I keep getting this error message
"This operation has been canceled by restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator"

This happened immediately after installing Mozilla Firefox 3.0. I
uninstalled Firefox 3.0 and reinstalled the previous edition but the error
persists.

Anyone know of any remedies for this problem? I tried reseting my Internet
Options to their defaults but that didn't help.
