This apparently happened after a windows update.
To fix the problem, find the Tshoot.inf file which should be in
c:\windows\inf, right click
on it and select Install from the popup list. Have your Win cd on hand.
Tried your first suggestion, but that did not correct
problem. Note: It only happens in Internet Explorer 6.
I believe all updates have been applied to Windows XP Pro
and Internet Explorer already. When I run update, the
results do not show any updates available. What would
happen if I try to install the old update over the newer
updates?
