Unable to access files saved locally

Hi,

One of our users uses a laptop to do work when out of the
office. However when they come in a log onto the domain
using the laptop they can't access the files they have
saved using their local profile. The user has local admin
rights on the machine.

Any Ideas?

You need to add their domain user account to the local Administrators group
and then check NTFS permissions on those files to make sure that the domain
user can access them.
