Unable to access config for Micro Personal Web server

My version of frontpage 2000 was working fine, and all of a sudden it won't
operate properly or allow me to open sites. I uninstalled and reinstalled
and each time..at a certain point in the operation, it gives me the error
message in my subject line.

You might want to post to a FrontPage newsgroup. Go to the below link and
