Hi ,

We are in multiple domain single forest enviroment . Last time we able to
manage the users across multiple domain . However recently we realised user
only able to manage it own domain only .

Is anyone know any changes in the outlook or exhcange ?

i'm using outlook 2003 sp2 , exchange 2003 sp2.

oh .. sorry for din mention that .
User can just go to the outlook -> address book -> GAL -> distribution list
-> modify members -> add/ remove users.

If using the same credential in ADUC , no permission error will occured.

Thanks

What is the exact error that is being returned?
Meaning??? You can only add/remove users from the distribution list that are
in the same domain as the person that is trying to modify the DL or that you
can manage only DLs that are in the same domain as the person that is trying
to modify the DL?

The error message is " Changes to the distribution list membership could not
saved . You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on
the object ."

This is a distribution group (universal type).
