Unable Expand the additional mailbox folder in outlook

Hello there!!

I am running exchange 2003 with all outlook2003 clients. everything is
perfect however if i add the additional mailbox in someusers outlook.
I can see the users mailbox but when I try to expand it, it gives me
error "unable to expand the folder". Have checked all the permission
and others, seems fine. Any idea would be help!!

Make sure the Folder Visible permission is also ticked at the root level.
