Un-installing Intellimouse version 5 software

I hate the version 5 software for my Intellimouse
Explorer. I need to know how to get rid of it so I can re-
install version 4.

I really miss the feature to make my middle button send
me to the top of the page. They took away this
functionality when the eliminated custom keys.

Does anyone know how to eliminate the entries? I tried to
install over v5 but that doesn't work and I tried to just
un-install it but that didn't seem to work.

Remove it from the "remove programs" folder.
