Un-docking the Watch Window in Excel Worksheet

Hi All,

What is the process for un-docking the Watch Window in Excel Worksheet while
keeping the Watch Window visible? This is Excel, not Microsoft Visual Basic.

If you point to its title bar, the pointer should change to a
four-headed arrow.
Then, drag the window onto the worksheet, where it will float.

Or, double-click the docked title bar to float it, and double-click the
floating title bar to dock it.

I attempted the process several time, without success. However, the last
time it worked.
