un able to send Files Like Music Etc

When I Click the Mail Icon in the CONTROL PANEL The PROFILE BOX is EMPTY.
What Do I Put There so I can SEND FILES like Music Files from a SHARED FILES
with Tunes

When I Right Click on a Tune Then Click SEND Click SEND to MAIL RECIPIENT I
get

"NO PROFILE HAS BEEN CREATED To CREATE A NEW PROFILE CLICK ON MAIL Icon in
the Control Panel

I Do Not have another Computer This Started happening in the Past TWO months
in the Past Year?

You must have upgraded to xp from an older windows OS,the icon must be
inactive if those are the results.Usually in xp one goes to thier e-mail
account,
select a party to mail to,include a file,photo,etc,browse to the file,add
to e-mail.
