UltraDMA-100 = Ultra ATA 100?

My motherboard manual says it can use an UltraDMA-100 hard drive, among
other types.
The Western Digital Caviar SE WD3200JB specs say it is an Ultra ATA
100.
Is that exactly the same thing?

Yep. You can use ATA 133 drives too.
