Ultra dma and AGP 8x problems

My hard drive has a problem! this is my problem
raw rear error rate
seek error rate
ultraATA CRC error rate
how do i fix this problem?
and how do i do too get my agp 8x too work whith my
radeon 9200se?
Every time i play a game it goes out of the game after
about 20 min whithout any error mess or anything.
whith agp 4x its almoust stable.

I wouldnt worry about 8x or 4x. It's not going to make a big difference in
your games.
