Hi. I have learned from experience that the wrong registry cleaners in the wrong hands (or even in the right hands) can cause some major problems. Registry Mechanic (not free) and the last free version of jv16 Power tools (version 1.3) are the one's that I use and trust. After cleaning the registry with these cleaners, I've run some of the online cleaners and others that you have to install that find dozens or hundreds of supposed faulty registry entries then tell you that you have to pay to remove these entries. I think that these kind of scanners/cleaners are dangerous. I would never trust them!
