I just had to reformat using my CD (Toshiba Satelite) and have lost all info
on my upgrade to Ultimate which I purchased my PC. Where will I go to find
lost key, license info, etc? Help!!!!

First, you should go back to the vendor from whom you purchased the upgrade.
They should be able to supply you with purchase proof. Once you have that,
you should either contact Microsoft if you purchased a retail upgrade, or
the OEM if you purchased an OEM upgrade.

Second, you will get better results if you ask Vista questions in a Windows
Vista group, rather than in this .NET programming group. Here's how to find
an appropriate group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here to find an appropriate
group:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
open the category for Windows Vista, then find a group there to post in.
