Ultimate Defender Spyware!!!

Hi There,

I have been getting this irritating POP-UP on my screen for the past two
days Spyware Alert (Ultimate Deferener Spyware) and a URL picture is placed
on my desktop and i tried all possibilities to get it cleaned, but i failed.

Can you please assist me with removing it? Is there a solution other than
the format?

I have MacFee and using WinXP Pro.

You urgent assistance is highly appreciated.

The easiest method is to use System Restore to go back
by three days. Click Start / Help, then look for help on
System Restore if unsure how to do this.

received about 129,000 hits from Google.

Spelling it the way you did "Ultimate Deferener Spyware" yields, not
