udfreader perplexed

after updateing DELL Dem. 4300 from ME to XPpro. Formating
CD-RW with Direct CD results in a CD that is labeled
UDFREADER and cant treat it as a regular drive any longer.
Have done all the updates to XP. Any ideas ???
 
What version of Easy CD Creator is installed on your system?
