Hello,
I have copied pictures from a camera to my laptop (Dell,
running XP Home), and then burned them to a CD. I
previously (once) was able to then view the contents of
the CD on my desktop (Dell, running XP Pro) but now I
can't. When I copied the JPG files to the disk I selected
the 'make disk readable on other PCs' option (not the
exact workding). Now when I try to view the CD contents
from my desktop, I get "UDF Drive Letter Access" next to
the drive and when I double-click on the drive, it shows
up as empty.
I have reviewed Knowledgebase articla #321640 but it
doesn't say how to fix it. My mother said she read
somewhere an article saying there was something that could
be downloaded to fix this....does anyone know what it is
and where I can download it?
Thanks!
