My anti-virus software removed a virus which had embedded a file called uchelp.exe on my H: and I: drives (an external hard drive). Now I can't double click on these drives to access them. If I right click I can click on "Open" or "Explore" and it works fine, but at the top of the right-click menu it has an EXTRA option which is just a bunch of characters followed by "(O)" which I assume means that it is now the default action to take when I double click or hit some combination of keys. How can I get rid of this option/make it possible to double click on the drives again?
If I select this option, or double click on the drive, it says "Windows cannot find UcHelp.exe
This program is needed for opening files of type "File"
Type in the executable file to be used instead: "
Help?
