Ubuntu Flash Player Help

I've recently gotten ubuntu and want to go back to XP, but something is telling me to stay.
I am finding it really hard when it comes to flash games/videos; why can't I see them?!
I've installed Flash Player 9 and Gnash, but it doesn't work!
Can anyone help me?... PLEASE?
