UAC Message

Hi,
Everytime Time I open IE7 to browse a webpage I get a uac message that says
IE7
is trying to run an add-on. It's a registry key as the program decription.
I've allowed it a few times but it still keeps coming up the first time I
open up IE. Does anyone have any idea's what this is and how I can either
stop it (without shutting UAC off)
or permanently allow it so the message doesn't keep popping up. The same
happens when my girlfriend signs onto her AOL account (an IE7 add-on). You
can hit cancel and everything still runs fine. Thanks in advance for the

What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without
Add-ons?
Or go to Start | All Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No Add-ons).

was away on a business trip. Is there a way to take a screenshot in Vista
without an add-on program. Thanks....Eric

Thanks for responding. I'm sorry It took so long to answer your reply but I
was away on a business trip. I'll give that A try but wouldn't that disable
all my add-ons.
The wierd thing is that I also installed Vista for two other people and
neither of them get this prompt......Eric

Pressing the Print Screen button on your keyboard will take a screenshot of
your entire desktop, pressing ALT+Print Screen will take a screenshot of
just the active window. Paste the clipboard contents into Paint or a
similar graphics program. Make sure you save to either JPG or PNG format
and not BMP.

OK thanks for the info. I have one more question if I might.
After I take the image how do I post it here. I do have some knowledge of html
if I have to link it from a remote site if I have to. Thanks again....Eric

Yes - use the snipping tool. In the start menu search for snipping.
