U3-Launchpad not running on XPe

Hi,
My XPe build is approximately a full XP Professional build but when I insert
my U3-USB Stick, the U3-launchpad is not starting or hangs in initialization
phase (i tried with 2 different U3 sticks).
After trying it 10-20 times it works suddenly and once it worked, it will
work until the next reboot.

Does anyone has an idea what problem i'm fighting against?

Thats it!!!

I've removed the following components from my configuration and now the
U3-launchpad works every time:
- USB Boot Mass Storage Device
- USB NT Hardware Detect
- USB 2.0 Common
