Problem Boot XPe from USB Memory Stick

Hello

I have build a XPe SP2 configuration that runs fine from CF. Now i have to
change to a USB memory stick instead of the CF. But i find no way to get XPe
running from the USB stick. I tried to prepare the USB stick like the cf with
bootprep but it does not work. XPe will not run.

How can i get my xpe running from a USB memory stick? Is there a trick?

boot from USB memory stick can only done with feature pack 2007.

Hi... you need two things, first the 2007 feature pack for TD you can
download it for free on the microsoft website, second for some reason
bootprep or formatufd.exe dont work for usb sticks (in my case) so i
format the usb stick with HP's util "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool"
FAT 32 without creating a dos boot disk. you can get this @
