U.S. Version of XP Pro?????????

I've heard that there is a U.S. version of XP pro, and a non U.S. version of
XP pro, is this true?

I've got some computers that have XP Pro on them, and they'll be shipped
over to France.

Any issues, and were do I find more info about this?

You need to purchase the language version that you need, i.e. French. XP
comes in all flavors and is language specific. If you send English versions
of XP Pro to France, the people that get them will be very unhappy.
